01About this page

This page explains how to permanently delete your UNIFY EQ account and the personal data associated with it. Deletion requests are honored regardless of whether you signed in via Google or Facebook.

Heads up: deleting your account is irreversible. Published presets, attribution handles, saved creator subscriptions, and feedback messages will be permanently removed or anonymized.

02Option 1 — Request via Email

The most direct way to request deletion is to send us an email. We process requests manually within a short window.

Send your request to namtruyenpro95@gmail.com

Use this email template:

Subject line: UNIFY EQ — Account Deletion Request
Email body: include the email address linked to your UNIFY EQ account.
Optional: your display name or username inside the app (helps locate your account faster).
Optional: if you signed in with Facebook, include your Facebook user ID or the Facebook email you used.
Optional: a brief reason for leaving (used to improve the App).

03Option 2 — Disconnect from Facebook

If you signed in with Facebook and only want to revoke the App's access (without notifying us by email), you can disconnect UNIFY EQ from your Facebook account directly:

Open your Facebook Settings (web or mobile).
Navigate to Apps and Websites.
Locate UNIFY EQ in the list of connected apps.
Tap Remove to revoke the connection.

Note: disconnecting from Facebook revokes the OAuth link but does not automatically delete the data already stored in UNIFY EQ. To fully delete your data, please also send the email request in Option 1.

04What gets deleted

Profile data: name, email, avatar URL, country code, bio, username
Attribution handles: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, GitHub usernames
Published presets & creator cards (both pending and approved)
Preset feedback messages you posted
Saved presets and creator subscriptions
Activity notifications addressed to you
Trial / device-binding records tied to your account

05What is retained (and why)

Anonymized engagement counts on other users' presets — e.g. total "save" counts remain, but your identity is removed.
Billing & transaction records — retained for up to 5 years for tax and accounting compliance, with no personal identifiers.
Anonymized diagnostic logs — retained up to 90 days for app stability monitoring.

You will receive a confirmation email at the address you submitted once your data has been fully removed.

07Before you delete

If you have an active Premium subscription (Monthly or Yearly), please cancel it via your Google Play Account → Subscriptions first, to avoid future charges. Account deletion does not automatically cancel Google Play subscriptions.

For Lifetime users: your Lifetime entitlement is tied to your Google Play account, not the UNIFY EQ profile. Deleting your UNIFY EQ account removes your in-app social/preset-library presence but the Lifetime purchase remains on your Google Play account and can be restored if you sign in to the App again.
